How are A Demain products going to be delivered to you?

Our creations are specially hand delivered by a driver whose sole job is to make sure your order gets delivered to you timely and safely.
You, the customer, have to choose a delivery time slot.
Once the payment is approved, you will receive a message from Brisqq (our partner) confirming your delivery timeslot and a drop off code.
If the delivery is delayed (which is unlikely) then the driver will contact you directly to let you know.

Where does A Demain deliver?

Due to the perishable and fragile aspect of our products, we deliver up to 13km around our kitchen.

Does A Demain do same day delivery?

No, all orders need to be placed a minimum of 24Hrs in advance for the creation to be prepared

I need a cake on Sunday but A Demain doesn’t offer Sunday delivery. How can I then get organised?

We do not offer delivery on Sundays but A Demain cakes stay fresh for up to 3 days. If you require a cake for a special occasion on a Sunday, we strongly recommend planning a delivery on the Saturday before.
Please also note that A Demain cakes are highly perishable items by nature and will require careful and adequate storage.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Click on a Product Photo to see more detailed information.
To place your order, choose the specification you want, enter the quantity and click ‘Add to basket’.
When you are ready to purchase, click on “the cart” icon at the top right of the page.
Check that you are happy with the products in your shopping cart, then click “Proceed to checkout” at the bottom right of the page.
Choose your preferred day and delivery time slot.
Fill in your Billing Details, Shipping details and credit card details.
You have to tick the box ‘I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions’ before clicking on ‘Place order’.

Your order numberWe will assign an order number to your order which we will send you once your order has been accepted. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Your right as a consumer to change your mind and cancel your order does not apply in respect of the sale of perishable goods such as the products sold by A Demain.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the change.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. A Demain has partnered with Brisqq so that you, as a customer, won’t have to create an account to place an order.

How do I track my order?

If you have put your contact details in the delivery details then you will be receiving a notification via SMS message and/or email from Brisqq confirming your delivery booking and timeslot. These will contain a 5 digit Brisqq code and a link that you can click on to track the delivery. When you click on the link, you will be asked to enter your Brisqq code and you will then be able to live track your delivery once a driver has been assigned to it.

Can I return a product?

Due to the perishable aspect of our products, returns are not accepted.
